Help!

Ok guys, I need your help. I'm trying to find tons of healthy, low fat recipes for lunches, snacks, and dinners so I can stock my recipe box. I have a LOT of weight to lose, and I need ideas! For dinners, they should be relatively easy and quick since I work all day. Snacks should be something I can prepare ahead of time and take to work with me, and lunches as well...quick and easy, grab and go kinda thing. So if you have any recipes, or if you know of any good websites or blogs I can view, please share. :-)

I'll go though some of my recipes and let you know what I find. But I know on the biggest loser Bob says the best snack is a hand full of nuts or the 10 colorie jello cups. Oh and a piece of Extra chewing gum which is only 5 calories a stick. I buy those 100 calorie packs of chips or cookies and have those as a snack or with my lunch. It's just an idea...

For your meals, just use ground chicken in every recipe that calls for ground beef. Its so lean and good for you. Its not too much more expensive either. With the proper seasoning, you cannot tell a difference. You can use it in chili, hamburger helper, meatloaf, really anything. I made some fabulous turkey burgers the other day too. If you like cajun, let me know and I'll send you the recipe.

I meant to put that I use ground Turkey or ground chicken. Turkey usually works best because its more the consistancy of hamburger.
