Grilled Sesame Ginger Chicken

I tried this last night and it was quite yummy. I'm sure Brandon would have liked it as well, but he had to sleep all day, so I ate alone :-( It was still good, though.

4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
2 TBSP teriyaki sauce
1 tsp ground ginger
Sesame seeds, toasted

Mix ginger, teriyaki, and sesame seeds together. Coat each breast in the mixture. Grill until juices run clear (I used an indoor grill...med setting for about 12 minutes).

I paired this with some stir fry veggies and noodles.

It sounds good..except I don't know if I could stomach the ginger! I made stirfry a few weeks ago and I added way too much ginger...it almost wasn't edible. Now, I think I have a ginger phobia!

Ha! I know what you mean. I was a little scared of it at first, but it turned out really well. A little ginger goes a long way! I put just a sprinkle of ginger in the veggies and they turned out good as well!
